The Philadelphia Police is warning the public to stay away from the 1800 block of John F. Kennedy Blvd.
Police said that officers responded reports of a person with a gun at 12:52 pm.
At 1:02 pm please said one male is barricaded inside and is armed. Police believe that one person is shot, however, the condition of the person is unknown at this time.
