On Sunday Chester County, Pennsylvania authorities announced the arrest of a Parkesburg man on several charges.
Officials said Chester Ash IV, 36, of Parkesburg, was charged with Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest, Flight to Avoid Apprehension, and Escape.
The charges stem from a January 29, 2020, incident where Pennsylvania State Constables attempted to take Ash into custody for outstanding warrants in the 400 block of W. Main Street, according to police.
A warrant of arrest was issued for the Ash who was later taken into custody by the Caln Township Police Department. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled regarding this incident.
