Coatesville Man Gets Jail Time For ‘Upskirt’ Photos Of Students, Teachers

A former student at Church Farm School will serve jail time after West Chester Police found intimate images of teachers and students on his devices.

On Thursday, February 6, 2019, Jamison Breener pleading guilty to privacy invasion charges in connection to photos and videoes found on his phone and laptop after his arrest on drug charges last year.

In February of 2019, the West Chester Police Department conducting an investigation into the sale of controlled substances asked Breener if they could look at his phone. Breener agreed and his phone was sent to the Chester County Detectives Computer Forensic Unit to be analyzed, officials said at the time. The search of Breener’s phone led to a search warrant being issued for his home. 

When the search warrant was issued and executed on March 6, 2019, investigators recovered drugs and packaging material at the residence, according to court records.

In addition to the drugs, numerous photos and videos of a sexual nature were found on Brenner’s phone, according to police.  The images were alleged to have been taken without the victim(s) knowledge or consent.

 Jamison Brenner, 20, was sentenced to six to 23 months in Chester County Prison one count of invasion of privacy. he will serve five years probation on one count of corruption of minors and he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia.
